Karen began her technical career in 1985, at BonaDent Dental Laboratory in Seneca Falls, NY. In 1998, she relocated to Florida to assist with the opening of the Florida Lab and has a creative ability that surpasses most! She specialized in porcelain laminate veneers, with advanced training at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study, the Pankey Institute, and with Lee Culp at the Institute for Oral Art and Design. Karen attends continuing education courses annually learning new techniques and staying on the cutting edge! In 2005, she studied and received Advanced Certification in Restorative Cosmetic Dentistry at Las Vegas Institute. As Manager of the Ceramic department, Karen often shadows staff, providing technical training, as well quality control on all porcelain applications.

Steve joined the BonaDent Team in 2001 after relocating from Long Island, New York, where he had been working in the dental laboratory field for over 25 years. Steve has regularly attended and continued his education through special training at the Chicago Mid-Winter meetings and the Florida Dental Laboratory Association meetings. He furthered his Crown & Bridge experience by specializing and studying implant dentistry attending training through various implant providers. Steve oversees all phases of crown and bridge fabrication, from start to finish... and he's here to assist you with all your case planning needs whether standard or custom designed!

Melissa joined the BonaDent team in 2003, after relocating from Atlantic City, NJ. She comes to us with an Associates Degree in Science. She perfected her management experience in New Jersey, while working as a project manager for the Office of Community Development. Melissa attends continuing education courses regularly, received her certification in PTC, and attends ongoing training courses in Labtrac software ... your computerized case tracking program! Melissa is responsible for case scheduling, customer service, courier services, and all dental prescriptions. Experience, knowledge, and her commitment to customer satisfaction makes her an asset to your team.
