Every month, your cash-back rewards are loaded onto a Visa® Reward Card from BonaDent, which is essentially bank-speak for a debit card -- you may use it anywhere that Visa is accepted. To receive rewards we only ask that your monthly statement is paid by check by the 15th of the following month.

  1. I'm a customer of both BonaDent and Danaren Dental Labs, can I still earn cash back?
  2. Yes! In fact, we'll combine your expenditures at both labs to give you a higher cash-back return rate.
  1. I prefer to pay my lab bills by credit card, am I still eligible?
  2. No, but we do offer a 3% discount to doctors who settle their bills weekly by credit card. Click here to receive a weekly credit-card discount.
  1. I'm one of several doctors in my practice. Can we enroll in Concierge Rewards as a practice to get a better return rate?
  2. Absolutely! We'll combine your individual sales figures to get you the highest percentage of return, then we'll issue each doctor their own card so that they may receive Concierge Rewards based on their individual performance. It's fair, equitable and everybody wins.
